Terms of use
These terms cover this website, delegatron.com, and your use of the Delegatron software that it describes. Delegatron is published by StoriaBrevi LLC (“StoriaBrevi”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or the software you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
1. What this is
Delegatron is a finished portfolio project, published as open-source software for people to read, study and run on their own. It is not a product or a service. We don't host it, sell it, support it or promise to update it, and nothing on this site is an offer to do any of those things.
2. The software license
The Delegatron source code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0). Your rights to use, copy, modify and distribute the code come from that license, not from these terms, and nothing here limits the rights the license gives you. If these terms and the license ever conflict about the code, the license wins. See License & notices.
3. No warranty
The website and the software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software, and of any code or other output it produces, is with you.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will StoriaBrevi LLC, its members, employees or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business or goodwill, arising out of or related to the website, the software, or any code or output the software produces, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, damage caused by running generated code, security vulnerabilities in generated code, and charges you incur with third-party AI or cloud providers.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited. In those places, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
5. Your responsibilities
- Review everything it generates. AI-generated code can be wrong, insecure, or similar to existing code owned by others. You're responsible for checking it, testing it and making sure you're allowed to use it before relying on it.
- Run it somewhere safe. Delegatron executes generated code. Use its Docker or E2B sandbox; its local mode runs code directly on your machine with no isolation.
- Your keys, your bills. If you connect cloud AI providers, you're responsible for your API keys, your usage, the costs, and following those providers' terms. Budget limits in the software are a convenience, not a guarantee.
- Use it lawfully. Don't use the software or the site for anything illegal, harmful or that infringes others' rights.
6. No support or professional advice
We don't provide installation help, technical support, consulting, or legal, security or professional advice about Delegatron. Issues and pull requests on the repository are not accepted. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to use Delegatron for any particular purpose.
7. Third-party services and models
Delegatron can connect to services and models run by others, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Ollama, Docker and E2B. Those are governed by their own terms and licenses, and we're not responsible for them. Delegatron and StoriaBrevi are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those companies. Model weights are not part of Delegatron; you download them yourself under their own licenses.
8. Trademarks
“Delegatron” and “StoriaBrevi” are names of StoriaBrevi LLC. The AGPL-3.0 license covers the code, not these names: if you distribute a modified version, please give it a different name so it isn't confused with this one. Other product names and logos on this site belong to their owners and appear only to show what Delegatron is built with or works with.
9. Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. It's hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. The Delegatron software sends no telemetry to us; anything it sends goes only to the model providers and services you configure.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
